All Personal Care Attendants (PCA) must have all Requirements obtained before working for New Sunset Personal Care LLC.
PCA Requirements Checklist:
1. Driver’s License or Valid ID
2. Social Security Card
3. Proof of Auto Insurance
4. Physical Examination
5. CPR/First Aide Training Card
6. 10 Hours Basic Training
7. Two (2) Step Tuberculosis Test with negative results documented or medical clearance as outlined in NAC 441.A375 prior to initiation of service delivery.
If TB Test cannot be taken, then X-Rays must be taken with negative results abiding by the policies of New Sunset Personal Care LLC.
New Sunset Personal Care LLC. will not enroll any person convicted of a felony or misdemeanor under Federal or State with the best interest of the recipients enrolled into New Sunset Personal Care LLC.
